ZF-22 : PU CatalystPU Catalyst
ZF-22 catalyst consists of 70% bis-(2-dimethylaminoethyl)ether and 30% dipropylene glycol to permit its easy introduction into polyurethane foam formulations.
ZF-22 catalyst is widely used in flexible polyether slabstock foams and in flexible molded foams using either TDI or MDI formulations.
It is frequently blended with other amine catalysts to balance the blowing and gelation reactions, and is stable in blended systems containing silicones or metal catalysts.
